This interactive dashboard visually summarizes key strategic indicators using sports-themed graphics—such as different types of balls representing various metrics—to align with the nature of the Sports Council’s work. The visual elements illustrate both target values and actual performance over a defined time period, enabling stakeholders to quickly interpret performance trends and gaps. This creative approach not only enhances user engagement but also makes complex data more intuitive and accessible for decision-makers.

Measurement Frequency Screen

Provides users with fields to define the start and end dates of measurement cycles, established during the creation of each strategic indicator. It includes a dynamic formula section tailored to the nature of the indicator being measured. Depending on the type of performance metric, users can apply one of several pre-defined calculation formulas.

Initiative & Service Mapping

Each initiative or service is linked directly to strategic objectives and operational goals. This feature provides clarity on how individual efforts contribute to broader outcomes, fostering a culture of purpose-driven work and measurable impact.
