Dinarak is a licensed mobile wallet and payment app regulated by the Central Bank of Jordan, offering a wide range of financial services to both banked and unbanked users. FikraTech was tasked with revamping the Dinarak app to offer a more secure, user-centric, and scalable mobile experience. The updated app provides seamless digital payments, peer-to-peer transfers, eFawateercom integration, and international remittances—all from a sleek, intuitive interface.

The new home screen offers a personalized dashboard with wallet balance, quick actions, and categorized services. It enables users to complete key tasks like transfers and payments in just a few taps, improving both accessibility and engagement.


Users can send and receive money instantly using CliQ, Jordan's national instant payment system. Transfers are fast, secure, and available 24/7 using mobile numbers, IBANs, or aliases — no need to remember lengthy account details.
Integrated with the national eFAWATEERcom system, the app allows users to pay utility bills, telecom charges, government fees, and more. Payments are processed in real-time, with instant confirmations and saved billers for faster future transactions.


Send money abroad securely with just a few taps. Dinarak enables fast, affordable international transfers with real-time status updates, transparent fees, and currency conversion — making cross-border payments simple, reliable, and compliant with financial regulations.
Pay at stores quickly using QR code scanning or manual merchant ID entry. Dinarak supports secure, real-time payments at partner merchants, offering users a cashless, contactless experience that's fast, convenient, and fully integrated with their wallet balance.


Enables real-time management of currency exchange operations with dynamic rate control, multi-currency support, and instant profit/loss calculation. The system supports both cash and electronic transactions and logs each exchange with customer and staff audit trails.
