Core Features
A comprehensive and categorized repository of questions covering psychological, behavioral, cognitive, and intelligence topics. Admins can easily create, edit, and organize questions, ensuring content stays relevant and diverse. This modular system supports continuous updates and scalability to meet evolving assessment needs across various employee roles.
Tests are dynamically generated with randomized questions based on predefined rules and configurations such as number of questions, topics, or difficulty levels. This automation eliminates manual test setup, ensures fairness, and allows customized assessments tailored to job roles or specific evaluation goals within departments.

Each exam includes a visible countdown timer, helping employees pace themselves efficiently. When time runs out, the system automatically submits the test to ensure compliance with time constraints. This feature promotes time management and consistency across all assessments.
A clean, responsive test interface allows employees to navigate easily between questions using a wizard. The design emphasizes usability with clear buttons, marked progress, and support for both sequential and non-linear question review—enhancing focus and reducing test anxiety.

Employees can review and change their answers before clicking the “Final Submission” button. This adds control and confidence to the exam-taking experience, allowing users to complete the test on their terms while preserving answer integrity and submission accuracy.
Once the test is submitted, results are processed instantly. Employees receive immediate feedback, and HR/admins can access detailed scoring metrics. This real-time analysis enhances decision-making, identifies strengths and weaknesses quickly, and streamlines next steps in training or performance reviews.

A comprehensive dashboard provides data visualization of assessment outcomes across departments and topics. Charts and tables display performance trends, question success rates, and team-level metrics—empowering HR leaders with actionable insights to support employee development and organizational goals.
Supports role-based access for admins, HR staff, and employees. Admins can add users, assign roles, and manage employee data securely. Employees access their tests and results through individual logins, ensuring confidentiality, proper access control, and streamlined onboarding within the organization.
